Is this the laugh of justice by a street art obscurer, happy at restoring at least some decent blankness to Perth’s walls? Or is it the maniacal laughter of the retagger, reclaiming the wall for the wood nymphs and beard dudes?  Northbridge.

    Laughing at Mr Barnett’s promise of building a tunnel somewhere? Or maybe still laughing at his plans to build a canal down from the Fitzroy? Or to put a railway out to Ellenbrook? Or ferries on the river? Or Light rail about the city? Or heavy vehicle bypass roads out of town with ring roads connecting all major radial arteries?…….. Anyway, I’m not laughing in this backward town…. The land that time forgot it seems.

      Now now … we have ‘ waterfront ‘ development sites in the cbd , a dysfunctional hospital near murdoch and another ‘ soon to open ‘ in nedlands , and a freeway under construction through opposition contituencies and nature reserves south of river .

      Cott has been kept low . Whaddaya want ?
