It’s that of the Roe Hwy eastbound on-ramp from Welshpool Road East, where Main Roads have been finishing up the widening works for that section of the Roe near the Tonkin interchange.
But a truer exemplar of Perthian Worst would not be easy to find… relentless blue sky, check, bare mulch soon to turn grey and/or drift away into erosion, present and correct, graffitied freeway signage, yep, traffic signals with painted poles (not many other places do that)… noice!
