Dap Kings

Came across secret DAP plans for Bayswater. But despite the cookie cutter brutality, it’s still better than what’s there now. The decrepit fish shop, the corrugated iron piss shop, the Fair Trade chunk of crap – all of it could go and Baysie would be better.

Stop! you re both right! if the market in units tanks here they can be converted easily to suburban sweat shops.

don’t you love the way the ground floor to ceiling height on this proposal is lower than that of the bungalow in the distance?

did they prop it up on a couple of saw horses and photograph it in situ on a cloudy day?

wouldn’t it be the cutest little thing as street furniture?

Eugh needs more parks. Carparks that is. soo far away from the train station who would walk the .2 kms ? Lots and lots and lots more carparks. Perth needs a carpark for every man woman and child plus their goldfish. That’s real VISION.
