Y2K still causing havoc.

It’s hard for a licence plate to make the cut these days. Boy is that genre played. But a year 2000 plate on this Ford has a lameness that keeps on giving. I hope it was an Olympic edition car too. By Brer Bento. I’m assuming Inglewood? What would make this better is if it was a 2003 model.

    Not Inglewood, that’s the Mt Lawley post office carpark and I also spotted them a few days back trawling Mt Lawley leaving the locals aghast http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc82/yelpar/misc/photo-1.jpg

    Maybe they wanted to get a 2000 model car one day and bought the plates in anticipation. That one is a 1996-98 model, the quintessential example of the “jelly bean” styling in the 90’s . Ford were probably still trying to shift poorly selling 1998 stock in 2000.
