    This reminds me of a dish I once had at a seedy-looking restaurant in Melbourne Street, Adelaide. “Chicken Strangetaste” it was listed as.

      Depending which market it may be pitched at, the “husband” element may contain skinless sausages, of beef variety. ‘Tis usually the pork sword variety that is sheathed.

    It’s basically beef and organs

    肺片 means lung slices, but can also be a generic term for offals. 夫妻 means married couple, named so because the people who invented it were a married couple – not exactly very creative.
