I wrote to the ‘City of Belmont’ a number of years ago and gave them an absolutely massive serve on the complete and utter Tripe that the Sandringham precinct had become. From a once leafy green idyllic and relaxed place high above the river with city and ranges views in the distance, to a filthy squalid druggo’s squatter’s nest where walking by the river would only get you their disgusting excrement over your shoes. Any other word city would have seen this very spot as $Million dollar real estate not the money is what its about. Class, City of Belmont. All class.
