Love this place! It is in basso – just down the road from where we used to live. The guy has been building it since before we moved there in 1987. The old federation house on the front of the block looking over the river is pretty cool too.

Apparently the council wouldn’t give the guy permission to build this as another dwelling on his block, so he has built this as his shed.
