One may well cry j’accuse on Sylvan Alberts on his vandalism of concrete benches with pictures of his horrible puss on each one, but never fear, a kind soul has added the true answer. Free. Yes the vandalism of Bayswater’s dead heart with free wifi which you can’t use because you wouldn’t be there to use it. Ever. Or is it tree?
