Native Garden

A ridiculous garden in Nollamara, by Orbea that although terrible is still kind of touching. I wonder what the Manhattes Bartender will make of this. These sort of garden accoutrements were very common in the 1960s and 1970s.

It looks like the same school of shite sculpture as those awful Aboriginal figures on the Maylands peninsula, near the boat yard. Have they been TWOPed before?

There is one of those style garden statues (weren’t they called ‘Nevilles’?) for sale in the curio shop in Inglewood. Ticket price is $450. Steady on buddy, this isn’t Nannup.

Check your archives TLA, I’m sure there’s some kind of ‘cultural’ Toby Jug in there.
