Look I don’t know. Seen on the Curtin Uni noticeboards, but only this one left. Seems more interesting, and yet just as ridiculous as the Guild’s Oktoberfest on this week at Supreme Court Gardens. (I still wonder why The Guild don’t cut out the middleman and hold it outside the police lockup. Supreme Court sounds a bit up themselves – Oktoberfest, not cross rooting Aliens I mean. At least they should begin at the Magistrates Court.)

Saw many appalling attempts at faux-lederhosen in the city yesterday. Denim shorts, with belt AND braces (appalling!) and white-ish tshirts seemed to be the trend.
I’m guessing many of the dirndls were acquired from adult style dress up shops. Or it could have just been the way the gaggle of girls were flicking each others’ skirts up as they went down Barrack Street… at peak hour… nice show for the commuters!
But it seemed that that was all before the drinking started in earnest… any updates?
