The third character translates as “building”, which is commonly used for restaurants, so that’s pretty straightforward. The first two translate as “ground” and “flourishing”, which are used together to describe harvesting land, for example. A Singaporean friend noticed that their pronunciation sounds similar to the English word “mouth”, however, so it may be an onomatopoeic usage. She also wondered if it might be the name of a place in China. TLA ?
