There was some discussion recently about how people used to be passionate about how bad the West Australian was, and how now they don’t care since they can get bad journalism from anywhere. Also dead is the art of the letter to the editor. Who would bother now? The letters pages are now filled by imbeciles too stupid to be able to comment on blogs. Look at this example from me to the West, in the golden days when MyNing and myself used to compete to get the most crackpot rants into The West. Brutal, and superbly written. What happened to this young firebrand? Now I won’t even let people say xxxx x xxxx! The title was “They are not errors of judgement!
