The Worst of Perth 
They don’t want us parking next to their bins at 2am and dumping our excess rubbish in them. But I like the public survey. I’m presently leaning towards overloading their bin but may yet cast a donkey vote.
On the other hand if we all vote to not overload the bin perhaps they’ll trust us to park next to it. We need confidence building measures to engender some strategic trust so we can resume doing the wrong thing. Solved. Now for the Middle East.
