Could be referring to entire coastal and near-coastal corridor of Northern suburbs from about Warwick onwards, arguably skipping Greenwood and currently terminating somewhere near Lancelin, aka The Dead Zone. Debate on precise boundaries, and Greenwood, welcome.

Not to mention the Southern burbs. Effectively 150 km of eyesore from Dawesville to Yanchep. Any political party worth two ounces of goat shit (are there any?) should now be advocating urban consolidation for Perth.

I’d settle for trees along the freeway to shield my eyes from the limestone wastelands. Also useful for people to run into – saves all that pesky roundabout/front room shenanigans.

I’d take being rained on in Woodlands over Craigie any day of the week.
If you live in Perth and catching a bus you are doing it wrong. That is what the freeway is for. Even if you are only going at 5 kph between 7.00am and 9.00am.
