Does every building at this unnamed institution have to be marked “building”? Is this a university for students so architecturally deficient they don’t recognise a structure as an entity one can inhabit?

Signs are not required reading, so students don’t bother. Many will still go up to this structure and ask it if it is a carpark.

Easy to see that you’re not a smoker. There’s at least two drags in it and I reckon that it’d been left there to finish after the lecture.

This definitely has Dirckseyian elements to it. Could also be influenced by Bob the builder ( a Mr Building appeared in that) in an attempt to make students feel at home. A Mr Building was also on a children’s TV program on Channel 9 in the mid 60’s , but I forget the details. Also there is evidence of a crime scene, was Tiny Pinder there at some stage ?
