      That s right !

      Anything so desperate , unworthy and unsustainable deserves to be replaced immediately by 12 storey mixed use residential resevelopment no matter where it is .

      But if in bassendean the urgency is far greater since it is perth metro central subregion and therefore of far greter interest to property investors !

      JDAP take notice ! Do your job !

      After all the place has been touted as the next hot suburb for at least 10 years …
