    It is none other than the state premier in holiday mufti ( a k a incognito ) rushing to yarloop to see if any ocean views have opened up . If yes then he will hand the whole fire site over to the M R A for vibrant redevelopment of some kind or other . The locals will just think he is there to give them back their homes .
