Given that Australians will love anything that has a dog in it, I predict it will be a great success. Plus, it has tits. Who could ask for more?
a possible negative: the traffic is already terrible on that corner, with people cutting across the traffic to turn right into Vincent, so I expect an accident within 24 hours, caused by a driver rubbernecking at the Bunny with Boozies
