   I’ve never quite understood the U.S. predilection for hanging the duster in multiples at every opportunity and in every available location.
   It’s almost as if (a) they are afraid that someone might forget what country they are in and/or (b) that everyone has to be [b]seen[/b] to be patriotic.

   What it about the WA flag that someone apparently chose the worst shades of blue and yellow and decided to put them together?

   Not to mention that stupid, state-sanctioned, fibreglass paddle-boat swan.

   Aww now we’re flag bashing? :( i like the australian flag, the WA one could’ve done with being a little more thought out, but hey.. it’s a flag, who cares? You don’t like it, don’t raise it to the sky.

   The sticker is a little lame though, a more usefull sticker just would’ve said had the url on it and a pic of a flag, i bet that’d get more people going to the URL than that current abomination would.

   I’ve always felt that the union Jack looks fantastic until added to someone else’s flag. The Black yellow, red, white and blue just doesn’t work for the WA one. There is a Black and yellow only version that looks quite striking though.

   The union jacks kind of like a stamp. There’s the real flag of southern cross blue sky or whatever then Bang! Someone stamps over the top with the union jack. Not a bad flag in its own right but just not australian.

   Actually thought the labor party logo for the election would make a real good flag ie., sothern cross set against blue sky with at the lower third being red, as in red dust.
