The Cart Wheel was clearly there before they began and in the interests of history they built around it, thereby preserving its beauty for us all to admire
The bottom one has some style I think.
It certainly does Lazyaussie, thats if by style you mean “displeasing geometric pattern in unpleasant colours”
I quite like it, but I knew that there would be those that didn’t for worst of perth. Would make a nice header for the blog if I replace the lion.
oh alright I like it too but I don’t let my emotions get in the way of the funny.
DO NOT REPLACE THE LION it is up there with Michelangelo’s David
#5 Anon. The lion has a bigger donger than the david statue.
Is the top wagonwheel pic from a place on Whatley Cres in Bayswater?
Yes it is. There are a couple more around town apparently.
Well I can tell you they are very proud of their wall, built it themselves.
For me, I’ve never really thought either way about it, neither good nor bad – it’s certainly a bit kitsch though…
and who is this??
There are certainly worse walls around. I’m not violently against it. i prefer the bottom one though. It is growing on me.
Well, if you won’t get of your tail end and away from the electrotelephonic writing machine, you can expect to find things growing all over you.
I too like the bottom one.
While we are talking walls, Rolly. I left a message for you at “Pie Wall.”
i LOVE the wall on top! it’s got character

Hey I built that wall at the top you bastards. In all honesty it was built so my big scary dog could see assholes taking photos and milling around my house making a nuisance of themselves. He can easily get his head out of the wheel and take a bite, so beware. One other positive to the wheel….pizza delivery guys never get lost!!
You haven’t really “wheeled” until you’ve done this Phil.

Gee whiz, you really put a lot of work into your intros back then, didn’t you?
When two walls go to war…
Wheelax, don’t do it.
All in all you are
Just another wheel (of life)
in the (weedy) wall.
Mr Phil, take out this wheel. Mr Phil, tear down this wall!
Lights go out, wheels came a tumblin down.
Paul Weller is coming to town again
I really like your wall Phil.
